1. Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase, giving you peace of mind in case you’re not fully satisfied with your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags and seals intact.

How to Return an Item
To return a product, follow these steps:

- Approval: Once we receive your return request, we’ll review your information and send you a return authorization (RA) along with the return shipping instructions.
- Return Shipping: You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
- Return Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets the return requirements. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible.
2. Refunds
Once your return is approved and processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note the following:
- Processing Time: Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Refund Amount: The refund will include the purchase price of the returned item(s), minus any original shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or an error was made on our part.

We will review your request and either issue a full refund or send you a replacement at no extra charge.
5. Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure you get your products as soon as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@healthrxashop.com. Once an order is shipped, we can no longer cancel it. You’ll need to follow our returns process if you wish to return the product once it arrives.
